Shipping & Delivery Policy

LOUPYN (operated by S DAKSHIN) ships neem and coir-based agricultural products domestically within India and internationally. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and charges.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

•  Orders dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

•  Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and product type.

•  Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and location.

•  Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions.

•  Tracking details shared via email/SMS upon dispatch.

2. International / Export Shipping

•  Processed on FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) basis, as agreed.

•  Dispatch: 5–10 business days from payment confirmation and export documentation completion.

•  Transit: Sea freight 15–45 days; Air freight 5–12 days.

•  Customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory charges in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

•  All shipments comply with DGFT, FEMA, and Indian Customs regulations.

•  Export documentation provided: Commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, COA, phytosanitary certificate (where applicable).

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details. Track your shipment using the tracking number provided by the logistics partner.

4. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

•  Logistics partner will attempt 2–3 deliveries. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal will be returned to LOUPYN.

•  Re-dispatch charges may apply for customer-side issues.

•  LOUPYN is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs hold-ups, or force majeure.

5. Bulk & Containerized Shipments

For bulk orders (full containers, palletised cargo), shipping terms, timelines, and pricing will be agreed separately via proforma invoice or sales contract. Contact sales@loupyn.com.
